DESCRIPTION
This attractive vase by British designer Bethan Laura Wood is a perfect example of how slippery casting on white clay can produce a very beautiful result in a minimalist style. With an elongated bottle form, the round base sits high on a round, raised plinth and a flat shoulder on a cylindrical-neck with a flared lip. An intricate earthy pattern inspired by Mexico City’s New Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, with dynamic movement, and glazed by a superb turquoise crystalline glaze which is embellished all over the body surface. The organic elegance of this limited edition vase will beautify every modern, rustic-chic home.
